Part Time – 24.00 hours per week
Working with staff from across our national counselling services, you will ensure that all staff, volunteers and external participants are trained to the highest clinical standards relating to counselling, mental health and wellbeing.
The main focus of the role will be on developing and co-ordinating our existing training programme of professional, ethical and quality driven courses, including the delivery of the developed COSCA Counselling Skills and Counselling Supervision Certificates . Through the marketing andamp; delivery of our training programmes we will develop a sustainable income which will allow us to offer more individual counselling sessions to those most in need.
You will also contribute to raising the profile of CrossReach’s services, with key stakeholders. This will involve developing and maintaining a network of relationships with organisations who may benefit from our knowledge and expertise.
