The Policy Officer – Community Planning will engage with Council services and Community Planning partners to facilitate the development of strategies and action plans, taking account of the shared priorities of the Community Planning Partnership and Council goals. This includes developing a new Local Outcomes Improvement Plan for the Falkirk area.
The post holder will be expected to have an extensive track record of partnership working and developing policies, strategies and action plans, and monitoring and evaluating those plans, within a local authority or other Community Planning Partnership environment. Experience of leading the development of strategies or policies is essential.
