Working for a Norfolk based care provider who specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities across various provisions in the county. With various Hubs / Day Centre’s they are able to provide support to those not just in the care of their organisation but in the wider community

Your new role
You will be working from the Great Yarmouth day centre as part of the Community Outreach team, this involves visiting people living in the near by community to assist them in accessing local services and amenities or to build up skills or to live more successfully in their own home.

What you’ll need to succeed
* Previous experience working in Social Care
* Comfortable working alone or in a team
* Relationship building skills
* Good communication skills
