Hourly Rate: £10.55 – £11.68
Salary: £19,255.19 – £21,317.44 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent & Temporary initially**

As a member of the Local Area Co-ordination Team, you will work in partnership with older adults and adults who may have physical disabilities , carers and other community organisations to enable people to live an active, more connected and purposeful life in their community. This will include the provision of direct support to enable people to access a range of opportunities and to develop their social networks.

Hours of work (21 per week) mainly Monday to Friday during the day but some regular evening/weekend work will be required.
SVQ Level 2/equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
