Grade: 5A
Hourly Rate: £10.99 – £12.12
Salary: £20058.19 – £22120.44 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent
Hours of work mainly Monday to Friday during the day but some regular evening/weekend work will be required. Interviews will take place on Monday 27th and/or Tuesday 28th June via Microsoft Teams.
Please note successful applicants will be placed on the first point of the salary scale unless they meet certain criteria.
As a member of the Local Area Co-ordination Team, you will work in partnership with adults with a learning disability, family carers, and other community organisations; to encourage and enable adults with a learning disability to live an active, more connected and purposeful life in their community. This will include the provision of direct support to adults with a learning disability, to enable them to access a range of opportunities in the local community and to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence in a range of areas.
SVQ Level 2/equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
