The post holder will play a pivotal part in ensuring tenants and residents live in well maintained neighbourhoods where they feel safe.
The post holder will carry out regular inspections of council estates, open spaces and gardens. This will include performing uplifts of some bagged waste and other items of fly tipping.
Working within the Tenancy Management Team the post holder will carry out instructions given to them in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures and guidance notes.
There will be an expectation that the post holder will be able to safely carry out physical work with an understanding of relevant risk assessments and health and safety regulations.
