You will be at the forefront of allowing service users to continue to live independently in their own homes, offering them physical, emotional, and social aid. You will need to be passionate about people and proactive when delivering a focused outcome service. If you have a deep sense of empathy and a natural need to improve the lives of those around you, this is a profession where you can be comfortable knowing you make a huge difference and impact at every level.

As this job is based working out in the local community, having a valid UK Driver’s license and access to your own vehicle is crucial.
Some exceptions can be made, so it is worth applying. You will be paid 45 pence, per mile for business mileage.
Flexible working options available. The shift patterns are based on a 6-hour day.
You can have the option of a set working week of 24, 30 or 36 hours. The shift patterns are 7am-2pm and 4pm-11pm.
For all overtime and Bank Holidays you will receive increased pay. The standard hourly rate is £11.30.

Overtime Rate of Pay Any hours worked above 37.5 hours will be paid at time and third.
Hours worked between 10pm – 6am, get paid an additional allowance of a third of hourly rate.
Bank Holidays are paid at double time.
