To work as part of the Area Housing Teams providing clerical support to front line Housing Services.
Provide clerical support to the Area Housing Teams.
Provide a word processing and typing service to the Area Housing Teams.
Provide a personal reception service.
Contribute to service improvement and flexible team working.
Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, E-mail, Intra/Internet.
Clerical/administration/typing experience.
Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.
4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or above including English*
Recognised word processing qualification.
Ability to use initiative when required.
A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to record information accurately.
Self-confident and self-motivated.
