Our client, located in Upper Pendeford Farm (WV9), is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join their team.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in facilitating a safe and nurturing environment for the children in their care. With your NVQ Level 3 in Health Social Care or Childhood studies, you will have the necessary knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people
Assist with daily activities and routines, promoting independence and development
Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to create a holistic care plan
Monitor and report any concerns or significant changes in a child's behaviour or well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentationRequirements:
Minimum of 12 months experience in children's homes
NVQ Level 3 in Health Social Care or Childhood studies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and understanding towards children and young people
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
