Children’s Support Worker – Adhoc Shifts – Lone Working

My client is an expanding Owner Managed organisation who is currently recruiting for adhoc bank Support Workers to work in a sole occupancy setting.
Your new role
In the position you will be responsible for the care of one child in the house to help him with his day to day living and help him with tools to help him with his continued independence.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a children setting and be confident with lone working. The shift patterns will be days and waking nights for adhoc shift cover and be available at short notice to cover.
What you’ll get in return
You will be instrumental in the continued support of the child within the service to help advocate for them on their journey to become independent.
