Your new company is an independent growing Children’s residential organisation who are looking at opening 2 more homes in the Birmingham area within the next 6 months, so are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join their ever growing team!

Your new role
In your new role you will be working on a full-time basis as a Support Worker covering waking nights and working with children who have learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour on a 1 on 2 off basis.
As a waking night Support Worker you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the service users on a day to day basis to promote their independence.
You will need to be confident in working with children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have a Level 3 Health and Social Care – Children and Young People and have at least 2 years experience in a children’s residential setting.
