Shifts available include: Long Days, waking Nights & sleep ins. Pay from £10.65 – £12.00 per hour +£73.52 per sleep in. There is also a £250 referral bonus for Support Workers.

Your new role
Hays Social Care work with a number of well-established care providers across the Telford area providing experienced support staff within their residential homes on an interim cover basis. We are currently seeking experienced support workers to help fulfil the higher volume of shift cover we have been experiencing within the area.

As a Residential Support Worker with Hays, you’ll be able to choose what shifts you wish to work by providing us with a weekly availability schedule – giving you complete flexibility around your other commitments. You’ll be working within residential homes supporting young people with challenging behaviours and complex emotional and behavioural needs. You will use your previous experience within this type of role to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the young people to thrive and learn. You will be part of an established team that work well together and will be quick to build strong relationships with service users.
