Your new role
Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support/Care Workers to join their expanding agency team Working closely with our partnership clients there will be a variety of work placements to suit your experience and where you can utilise your extensive skill set.

As a team member, you will gain expertise and knowledge in supporting young people with complex behavioural challenges in order to provide a secure and supportive environment in which they can grow You will be supporting vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours and mental health.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6 Months UK experience in the care sector
• An understanding of the role and expectations of a carer
• Reliability

What you’ll get in return

• £10.65 to £12.25 Hourly
• £73.52 Sleep in rate
