Your new company:
A well-respected residential service in the Coventry area are looking for experienced support workers to join a friendly and encouraging team on a flexible basis.

You will be working for a residential service in the Coventry area, specialising in supporting Children with autism and associated complex needs.

Your new role:
In your new role you will be supporting children under 18 with varying levels of complex behaviour. You will be working closely with an expert team to maintain and develop a positive and encouraging environment where each child can develop and grow. Successful candidates will work a variety of shift patterns, which may include some waking night shifts. This is a temporary position with opportunities to develop into a permanent role should you be a valuable fit to the organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Health and Social Care
Experience working with children and young people
Have a strong understanding of autism and complex needs
Possess a passion and commitment for care
Be flexible for a variety of shift patterns
