Children's Home Registered Manager Ofsted – Learning Disabilities
Here at Allesley Childrens Care, we are looking for someone to join us in our passion looking after Learning Disabilities children. We currently have an opportunity for a manager to lead our home that is rated Good by Ofsted for 3 years running. You will be joining a well-established staff team with a deputy manager in post.
We are looking for an experienced manager with ideally 2 years’ experience.
We are also open to experienced deputy managers, looking to become a registered manager. You will be well supported by a very experienced RI.
The home is located in Coventry, West Midlands.

We are looking for someone who
* Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
* At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
* Has their Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Has their / working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). We can provide this.
* Has achieved or worked in a setting with a “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within recent Ofsted Inspection.
* Above all compassionate and caring.
Salary dependent on experience.
The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
