Children Young People Substance misuse Outreach Worker – South West Permanent

Caritas Futures are supporting a well-known national Children and Young people Charity with Substance Misuse Outreach Worker role based in Torbay.

Substance Misuse Outreach Worker role would suit applicants who have worked in a similar post previously however transferable skills will also be considered.

Experience:

Paid experience working with survivors of substance misuse, modern-day slavery, women fleeing domestic and/or sexual violence or, homelessness, mental health, domestic violence etc
Working with high-risk clients
Risk and needs assessment
Support and safety planning
Multi agency workDue to the nature of the work the following are essential:

DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf
On site working to best support clients
