Hourly Rate: £20.92 – £22.59
Salary: £38,180.42 – £41,228.16 pro rata per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be involved in the work of the Public Protection Committee to ensure the highest level of practice in relation to Adult Support & Protection and Child Protection is delivered across the Scottish Borders. The post requires the right candidate to link in with Local and National agendas / legislation, guidance and Learning Review to develop and deliver multi-agency training across the Scottish Borders.
A Diploma (or equivalent) in Social Work or equivalent related Healthcare Professional Qualification (e.g. Diploma in Nursing), Teaching or Police qualification together with current registration as linked to your registration body, eg: SSSC, is essential for these posts.
Post Graduate Child Protection or Adult Support & Protection Certificate or willing to undertake such qualification.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
