Stirling Council has secured three years of funding from the Life Changes Trust to develop their Champions Board. This role is focussed on working with Stirling Council’s care experienced children and young people to develop a sustainable Champions Board approach. The aim is to create a safe, inclusive, participatory environment where looked after children and care leavers’ views and experiences are heard by senior leaders and through their influence positive action is taken.
The post holder will work with the Champions Board Development Officer to develop the Champions Board Approach in Stirling and establish the Champions Board. The activities, projects, awareness-raising activities will be supported by the post holder as directed by the CB Development Officer.
