An exciting opportunity has arisen with Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability’s TARA Service. TARA (Trafficking Awareness Raising Alliance) is a service which provides a Scotland wide assessment and support service to vulnerable women who have been trafficked for commercial sexual exploitation.
We are seeking to recruit a Case Outcome Monitoring Officer to join our small, busy team providing frontline response to survivors of human trafficking and exploitation recovered in Scotland. This post is being recruited on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2022, based on current Scottish Government funding, and the work pattern will be 2 days across Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (inclusive of a 1-hour unpaid break). The exact work pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at the point of officer.
The role of the Case Outcome Monitoring Officer involve undertaking a detailed analysis of closed TARA case files and identify a variety of trends, shared themes, positive and negative service user short, medium and long-term outcomes and pathways or barriers which impact on service users’ recovery and the support provided by the service. This post will be expected to prepare regular progress reports and culminate in annual reports analysing the findings of the case reviews all of which will be presented to key internal and external stakeholders.
