Stick care Agency are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care business based in Barking . As a Care Coordinator your role is to assist the Registered Manager in organising the day-to-day running of the service using the policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided, supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives and ensuring quality is paramount in the service. Requirements:- Must require Level 2 Health and Social Care or higher • Relevant experience in the field of caring • Willing to participate in the on-call rota • Living in surrounding areas Job Description:- Support carers of the field • Build good relationships with clients • Basic office administration • Organise weekly ROTA's for the carers • Go and do regular SPOT checks on field • Maintain office files, carers files, client files and home folders • Carry out client assessments with the Registered Manager • Organise meeting with management
