An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established Domiciliary care provider based in Bootle.

To be considered for this role you will;

Have experience as a care coordinator within a domiciliary care branch

*

Be able to work at a fast pace and well within a team

*

Have knowledge of CQC

*

Hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care

*

Be flexible to cope with changing demands

*

Be dedicated to delivering outstanding care
