Due to the expansion of our growing Care at Home service an exciting opportunity has arisen within our out of hours service. Positions are based within our busy Care at Home service working a 5 on 2 off, 2 on 5 off shift pattern covering evenings and weekends and including public holidays, reporting directly to the Team Managers and duty on-call manager. You will be responsible for supervising a team of front-line Care at Home Assistants and Senior Care at Home Assistants by co-ordinating, scheduling and monitoring safe, quality, and effective delivery of services supporting service users to maintain independence within their own homes. Working within a fast-paced environment you will be dealing with issues that may arise out with office hours ensuring appropriate actions have been taken supporting all services within Care at Home covering the whole of North Ayrshire.
