Positions are based within our busy Care at Home service Monday to Friday reporting directly to the Team Managers. You will be responsible for supervising a team of front line Care at Home Assistants and Senior Care at Home Assistant by co-ordinating, scheduling and monitoring safe, quality and effective delivery of services supporting service users to maintain independent within their own homes.
