Care Assistant DAYS OR NIGHTS – £11.40/hr – Whitstable CT5 – Permanent
£12.54 per hour from 1st April 2023 (£11.40 per hour prior to April)

You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 50 residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.
We have the following contracts available –
· Care assistant – NIGHTS 22 or 33 hrs (2 or 3 nights 8pm-8am, Inc. alternative weekends) – £11.40 per hour
· Care assistant – DAYS 22, 33 or 39 hrs (2, 3 or 3 1/2 days 8am-8pm, Inc. alternative weekends) – £11.40 per hour
Key Responsibilities
· To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
Person specification
· One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment
· Willingness to develop new skills
