An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our care home team in Fife Council’s Residential and Day Services (East).
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of older people.
Lindsay House is a 60 bedded Care Home in Lumphinnans providing ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people: the care home also supports a STAR and day service.

Must have or be able to work towards SVQ 2 as required by Scottish Social Services Council within the time frames set at point of registration. Once qualification achieved it is the person’s responsibility to inform Scottish Social Services Council timeously.
Provide care and support which meets the Health and Social care standards
Must be able to work with other Council services and partner agencies to support the effective planning and delivery of care and support within our service.
You should be able to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
You are required to register with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up employment in this role and to complete the required Post Registration Training and Learning (PRTL) over the first registration period. It is the person’s responsibility to notify the SSSC of any changes to personal or work details timeously.
