Care Assistant – BT38, Carrickfergus, Mid and East Antrim Temporary, Part Time

Servisource are recruiting experienced Care Assistants to provide support on an agency basis, with a mix of both day and night shifts.

You will help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship. It's a opportunity to bring your dedication and compassion to a rewarding environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is fulfilling.

As a Care Assistant you will support residents who need bespoke care packages, assist with personal care including feeding, washing, bathing, dressing and toileting of residents. Promote social interaction, self-help and everyday living skills and assisting those residents with limited mobility to make the best use of aids provided.

The ideal candidates will have experience in providing personal care, for the elderly and individuals with complexed needs and challenging behaviours. Be able to provide a safe, secure environment, while respecting the individual’s dignity and privacy. Work well as part of a team.

Requirements

* Must have at minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK care sector.

* Must have Right to Work in the UK

* NISCC registered
