Care Assistant – Adults Learning Disability Temporary

Your new company
You will be supporting adults with varying mental health, learning disabilities and autism. We have flexible shifts available in the Crewe area, offering both days and waking nights. We are happy to be able to offer you a choice of assignments with shifts that suit you however, some flexibility will be required.

Your new role
As a Support Worker you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of the service users. The homes in which we are recruiting for are often described as relaxed and are home to 2-3 service users who are autistic, nonverbal and may require personal care.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced support worker with specific experience working with vulnerable adults. A minimum of 6 months relevant experience is desirable. Having your own transport will be beneficial as the locations you will be expected to travel to have limited transport access. You’ll also be someone who has a strong desire to make a difference.
