Hays Social Care are working alongside a national care provider to aid the recruitment for a Care Area Operations Manager across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
You will be joining a large private organisation who specialise in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team in working to improve and develop service quality and delivery.
You will be involved in developing the business organically and through effective business development with your relationship with local authorities.
The role requires a high level of organisational, budgeting and planning skills, to drive efficiency and service standards within CQC requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to manage and priorities multiple tasks.
Proven experience of working in the industry as an area manager, regional manager or operations manager is essential and the experience of supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and complex care is sought after.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of 40 – 45K per annum. 28 days annual leave and flexible working promoted.
