We are currently recruiting for Behavioural Difficulties Support Worker in Children’s Residential Homes
Ideal candidates will possess an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children and Young People or be willing to work towards the level 3 qualification while in post. Applicants should possess previous experience within the care sector, ideally within residential care for children and young people. Further on the job support and training will be offered to all Support Workers including induction, mandatory training, restraint reduction training and further career development. Daily duties include supporting service users, cooking, cleaning, as well as taking part in activities such as going to the cinema or the seaside etc. Flexible shifts and rotas to fit around your schedule. A driving license is desirable for this role.
