Our client is on the hunt for hard working and dedicated Support Workers to work with Hays supporting various different service users within a private hospital in Winchfield.

We work with services that support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and other Complex Needs.

We deal with both long-term roles and shift work including weekdays, nights and weekend work in Residential, Supported Living and Independent living services.

Your new role
This service is a low secure and specialist learning disability rehabilitation service, providing life changing support to male and females who have various learning difficulties.

Your role will be to ensure the rehabilitation and recovery of those who are using the service. You will receive a full induction on site as well as specialist support from the permanent members of the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Driving licence & Access to own transport is essential due to the location of the service.
• 6 months UK based experience is required
• be a dedicated and reliable support worker
