Job Description

What is the role?

To ensure the wellbeing of individuals living in the community by supervising, maintaining and developing the 
standards of care and practice of reablement staff. To provide care to individuals in community in a flexible, 
efficient and effective manner which enables them to live as independent a life as possible.

The post holder will also play a key role in supporting and promoting a reablement approach across the service. The post holder will assist the Supervisor (reablement) in on-going developments of the service to support the change agenda associated with supporting individuals with complex needs being supported within the  community.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 7, the hourly rate is from £15.58 to £16.91 and the annual salary is from £28,433 to £30,861. Please note this post is temporary until 30 April 2023.

Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
