Your new role
You will be Reporting to the Regional Manager and assisting them in ensuring that children’s residential services are maintained and delivered to the highest possible standard in line with the children’s homes regulations, quality standards and the organisation’s policies and procedure. To take the accountability as Ofsted Registered Responsible Individual and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to specific homes allocated by the Regional Manager and Managing Director.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care and Children and young people services or equivalent
• Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations; Quality Standards; Childcare Legislation including 1989/2004/2009 Children Act; Ofsted guidelines including inspection framework
