Assist with the provision of an effective and efficient Housing Service, within a defined function, work-stream or geographical area, ensuring that council housing remains in good condition safeguarding the value of the assets and tenanted to optimum standards and financially rewarding to Aberdeenshire Council.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Working pattern:- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
