Role: Locality Manager (Area Manager)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + benefits & car allowance
Service: Adults LD supported living and residential services

Our client provides high-quality care and support across the whole social care spectrum for children and adults below retirement age.
They support and care for people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, services for children and young people including fostering services. They also have a range of services where they can support people in being able to sustain independent living and some outreach services.
You would be working within their Gloucestershire locality overseeing a number of supported living and residential services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. All the services are rated good by CQC and have managers in place.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will provide direct, and hands on, operational and commercial leadership for a team of Service Managers in a geographical area so as to ensure:
