An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Community Safety Team as a experienced Anti Social Behaviour Investigation Officer.
The post will provide comprehensive, high quality investigation into complaints of Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) from residents across the Council area.
Specific duties will involve thorough and impartial case management investigations of complaints, contributing to service improvement activities and engaging with partner agencies on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, together with an ability to demonstrate our behaviours – Committed, Collaborative, Customer Focused, Leading and above all, ‘Think How’ focusing on solutions.
Local government experience would be advantageous as would experience in a housing related field.
The post holder will work as part of a team to provide professional, effective and efficient manner approaches to tackling and solving ASB issues.
You will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands, and possess excellent communication skills. You will have experience in a similar role, and be highly competent in the use of the Office 365 package and other relevant software and be able to demonstrate a working understanding of ASB legislation.
This post is based in Stirling with travel across the Stirling area so the ability to drive is essential as is the ability to work out of hours as required.
The Council is currently reviewing how we work and this post is offered on a hybrid working basis, meaning that part of the working week is expected to be in a Council office.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure Application.
