Social Worker Required Sandwell Borough Council
Due to continued partnership with Sandwell Council, Hays are recruiting for experienced Social Workers
The role requires you to manage a workload which will include some vulnerable adult service users, some with complex needs, carry out assessments and formulate support plans. You will be working in partnership with service users, families and local community groups as well as with Health, Housing, Education, voluntary groups and wider public services.
Previous direct experience of delivering social work to Adult Service users is essential. You must also have knowledge of key legislation, able to produce reports and maintain records. A recognised social work qualification is a necessity for this role.
You will be given constant support and supervision which enable you to be the best in your role. You will be part of a supporting and friendly team who are always exceeding in giving the best and always improving the quality of the service. The office location has breakout areas and lunch facilities as well as free car parking and is a long term temporary role.
