Adult Support Worker shifts across Shrewsbury, Telford, Market Drayton, Owestry with flexible hours and competitive salary.

Shropshire – Adult Support worker – LD, Mental health, autism, Supported living Shifts available include: earliies, lates. Long Days, waking Nights. Pay from £10.65 – £11.49 per hour. There is also a £250 referral bonus for Support Workers.

Your new role

Hays Social Care work with a number of well-established care providers across the Shropshire area providing experienced support staff within their residential homes on an interim cover basis. We are currently seeking experienced support workers to help fulfil the higher volume of shift cover we have been experiencing within the area.

As a Residential Support Worker with Hays, you’ll be able to choose what shifts you wish to work by providing us with a weekly availability schedule – giving you complete flexibility around your other commitments. You’ll be working within residential homes supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs, learning disability, mental health and autism. You will use your previous experience within this type of role to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the service users. You will be part of an established team that work well together and will be quick to build strong relationships with service users.
