Adults Learning Disability Support Worker -Swansea – ASAP Starts

Your new company
My client is a large not for profit organisation who has homes based over South Wales. They are currently looking for a Support Worker on an agency basis to work in their homes that support Adults with Learning Disabilities.

Your new role
The services vary and you may be based in a home that cares for individuals with complex health needs so you will be required to have experience in some if not all of the following training:

Hoist and Sling
Wheelchair Management

Or you may be based in their challenging behaviour homes which would require you to have PBM Training.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to be flexible for a variety of shifts across Monday – Sunday with experience in being a compassionate Support Worker in a complex health needs environment. Ideally they are looking for a candidate who can commit to 30+ hours per week.
