Your new company
Hays provide bank shift workers to support within residential homes – as part of this role you will be supporting vulnerable people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties and will strive to provide the best possible support for them and their families. You will have full flexibility of your working patterns and be able to choose the shifts to suit you.

Your new role
As a Residential Support Worker you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of the service users. Shifts are usually 8am – 10pm, 10pm to 8am and 8am – 11pm sleep.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6 months previous experience within the last 2 years as a support worker in the UK
• Full UK driver’s license preferred
• A strong desire to make a difference and create futures
