Bank Shift and Cover – Support Worker – Cwmbran

My client is looking for support workers who are available for bank shifts to work on an adhoc basis with vulnerable adults.
The client is a nationwide non for profit organisation that specialises in supporting and caring for vulnerable adults living with learning disabilities.
Your new role
This job requires loan working with service users who suffer with learning disabilities and mental health problems. Often the individuals live by themselves and need support with every day activities, helping them to maintain their independence and learn valuable life skills that will help them day to day.
You might be required to work sleep in shifts in this position, as well as day shifts. You will need to be flexible to work 7 days a week, and available for all shift patterns.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar role.
