To provide admin support to a small but busy Adult Support and Protection Team working across Argyll and Bute. This post will be covering duties including overseeing the ASP Mailbox, adding referrals to the client database (Eclipse), sending letters, minute taking, sending out invites, and collation of records for statistical purposes. There may be a requirement to travel with other staff to attend meetings on occasion.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised person with good communication skills, and a professional manner to provide high quality administrative support within the Adult Support and Protection Team.
The successful candidate must have well developed IT Skills in Microsoft Office Software packages, experience in minute taking and have a flexible approach to working as an individual and as part of a team.
The post holder will adhere to strict rules of client confidentiality and the safe management of information.
