Serious Case Reviews in Adult Safeguarding

This study was commissioned by the Department of Health (DH) to explore specific aspects of adult Serious Case Reviews (SCRs) in England and Wales. The research team conducted a national survey and interviewed 14 people with experiences of commissioning and conducting SCRs.
