Committee survey on health and social care workforce sustainability in Wales

The National Assembly for Wales’ Health, Social Care and Sport Committee are currently looking into the sustainability of the Health and Social Care workforce.

Concerns about the recruitment and retention of the health and social care workforce are well-publicised. Without the right staff in place, the NHS and social care workforce may be unable to meet the future needs of Wales.

Now the Committee want to hear from health and social care workers in the public, private or voluntary sectors in order to find out more about the issues they face.

Your responses will form part of an initial, broad piece of evidence-gathering to help inform their approach to looking at workforce issues during the Fifth Assembly. You can choose to answer as many of the questions as you wish. Statistical data gathered will only represent the views of those who respond, and not the public as a whole.

This survey will close on 9 September 2016.
