NIASW’s Adult Services Survey

Following the successful publication of the findings from NIASW’s ‘Social Work not Paperwork – Cutting Bureaucracy in Childcare Social Work’ survey in November 2012, the Association is pleased to launch the Adult Services Survey, which is now live.

Please follow the link and share your experiences of social work in 2013. We know that members and other social workers are busy so the survey has been designed to take just five minutes to complete. However, if you want to spend more time to tell us more – please do.

The survey is open to all social workers working in Adult Services so please tell your colleagues if they are not members – we want to encourage a large response. The more of you who get involved the stronger NIASW’s influence.

The closing date for the survey is Friday 29 March.

We had a great response from the media to our children’s services survey and we intend to secure a similar reaction to this research. The Minister of Health has backed our child care findings and we have been asked by the Health Committee to give evidence on bureaucracy across all programmes of social work.

So please get involved, fill in the questionnaire and ensure that your experiences, both good and ba, are heard.
